South San Francisco has begun the process of revising its Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Ordinance (Title 20 of the Municipal Code) is the set of laws that determines how each property in South San Francisco can be developed and what uses will be allowed. Anyone who owns property, wants to construct a new building, or wants to open a new business could be affected by this project.
